Secluded location just next door to the sea & the beautiful boats ready to head out for the day as well as activities / restaurants, special atmosphere. Tasty and very very good breakfast with an amazing view.

It was closed for maintenance , which left us quite disappointed as we had anticipated our kids enjoying it. The staff was friendly, but the lack of communication about the pool's status was frustrating.

The location is in a fantastic spot at around Pantai Cenang right at the end of the peninsula. Also, it is just off the major tourist attraction with shopping and restaurants, beaches, and Malaysia. The hotel offers tasty meal in the morning, outstanding food.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and efficient and always eager to please. When we arrived we were shown a room without a balcony. We asked for one and were told that this would cost more. When we left we were not charged for this but given a free upgrade. The hotel is in a very beautiful location and has a great spa, access to boats and a good buffet breakfast and restaurant.
My only criticism is that the hotel does not have an accessible beach. However it has a great pool and amazing viws of the islands and eagles from the rooms.

The room had a beautiful sea view with a spacious balcony. Amenities like air conditioning, minibar, and a coffee machine were available. The outdoor pools were amazing, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The breakfast with a variety of choices was nice, but could improve in options for non-halal food. Great facilities.

You can have a super seaview and sunset...A Great place to relax in a quite affordable price.
There was only 1 receptionist in front desk when I check in. I had to wait some time due to there was other customer. The toilet was very very small and the housekeeping was poor. The bedsheet even have dust mites.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay in the Signature Suite. The food was really good, especially the breakfast buffet with diverse options. The sunset views were nice! Would definitely return.
